Since 2000 Urban & Rural have operated from three branches in the Luton area the success of which has earned us an enviable market leading reputation. The recent decision from our Luton branch owner to exit the industry provided us an opportunity to review our longstanding strategy given changes in consumer behaviour since 2000, an opportunity to introduce a new concept which we have been working on since 2017 the 'Urban & Rural Hub'.
Our local branches in neigbouring Stopsley and Leagrave cater for client requirements excellently with ease of access and ample free parking where the town centre itself has experienced a continual decline in footfall over recent times driven by a number of factors, not least of all the difficulty with finding and paying for parking and the challenges this presents when all clients want to do is simply be able to pop in to visit the branch.
Our Luton team will be positioned in a fully operational office away from the town centre congestion whilst delivering exactly the same service, marketing and focus to the Luton Central area as we always have done. All property marketed will be available at each of our 12 branches across Beds & Bucks and our team will be promoting the Luton branch properties as their primary focus. All property is also actively promoted at our associated office on Park Lane, Central London.
